Sometimes patients associate high profile implants with very large, fake breasts. However, the majority of the time, this is not the case! Volume plays a big role in the look of high profile implants, and often lower volumes such as 300-400cc can still look natural with high profile.

The focus of high profile is cleavage! High profile provides most of your volume at the top of your breasts, allowing for great cleavage. It’s perfect for patients who want to go bra-less often, but still have cleavage/upper pole fullness.

High profile is a fantastic choice for patients like the one above, because moderate or moderate plus implants might not add enough projection and upper pole fullness with such a lack of tissue to begin with.
